Our Volextra process is an extremely flexible extrusion coating capability. Using state of the art technology, solid plastic is permanently melt bonded to our Volara® foams using polyolefin based coatings. Volextra provides a decorative advantage and allows for the design of composite materials with high-performance characteristics. Volextra is abrasion, chemical, and moisture resistant. It is highly durable and ideal for demanding applications. VolaraBLOCK® is our latest innovation that pairs smart design with exceptional product performance to create a consistent density distribution with higher quality cell geometry that saves time and money.
