We offer our complete molding capabilities from design and fabrication of the mold to the actual molding process, utilizing compression, transfer, and/or liquid injection molding. Finally, we can finish the job with our cryogenic deflashing capabilities, allowing you to have a single source for your rubber molding operations. We can mold Neoprene, Buna-N, EPDM, Butyl, Viton, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, and Conductive Silicone entirely in our facilities in Manorville, NY, USA. If you need cutting we offer both traditional die cutting and 6 head water jet cutting.
