Precision Converting, a division of Hisco, is a ISO 9001:2008 certified converter of non-metallic flexible and rigid materials for a wide variety of OEM industries. Precision Converting has three manufacturing facilities: Addison, IL; Houston, TX; and Corona, CA. Hisco is a top 40 industrial distribution company with 35 branch locations across North America.

Products include gaskets for sealing applications, electrical or electronics insulators, EMI/RFI shielding, thermal insulation, and acoustic damping. Materials processed include Rogers Bisco and Poron, ITW Formex, DuPont Nomex, Lydall Manniglas, Mylar, solid rubber, open-cell polyurethane foam, closed-cell sponge, silicone, and many others.

Precision Converting can die cut from .250” diameter to 70” x 60” size parts. Processes include rotary, flatbed, hard tooling, laminating, slitting, and printing. As a 3M Preferred Converter, we can help you with your pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) requirements.
