MCL Industries was founded in September 1991 by Steve Nesbitt and exists to provide flexible parts and materials manufactured and converted to customer specifications. MCL Industries is a full-service flexible converting company. Our capabilities include Rotary and Roll Fed Flat Bed Die Cutting, Laser Cutting, Digital Cutting, Laminating, Sheeting, Slitting and Adhesive Coating. Typical Materials we convert are Plastics, Foams, Foils, Rubbers, Adhesives, Papers, Laminates, and other Specialty Structures.

We now operate 2 manufacturing plants totaling over 44,000-square-feet of production area. Both facilities have year-round climate control. Inside these facilities are 3 clean room manufacturing areas ranging from ISO Class 7 to ASTM Class 10,000.
