Industrial Rubber Supply Co. Ltd. is a Winnipeg based company that has been designing, manufacturing, and selling moulded and die cut rubber products since it was established in 1974. Industrial Rubber was founded by Bill Magalas and remains a family owned business, which employs 115 people within 3 plants and head office located in Winnipeg totaling 63,000 square feet. Industrial Rubber offers a complete line of rubber moulded, die cut, and cellular products to the industrial manufacturing, agricultural, automotive, transportation, and recreational sectors utilizing compression, and injection moulding technology. We primarily service North American markets. Research and Development has proven to be critical for Industrial Rubber in the development of automated processes to compete with our States competition. As always, we are diligently developing new product lines. New products have become even more critical to our future as our reputation grows. We have recently been identified as a supplier of choice by several major companies, in products that are new to Industrial Rubber. In these cases the onus will be on us to prove our innovation in design and process to successfully create these products and prove that we can be a consistent quality source for years to come.
