Archer Rubber LLC has been a leading supplier of quality elastomeric coated fabrics for over 100 years with concentration in the diaphragm and gasket markets for 25. Our capabilities enable us to solution or calender coat materials from 5 oz./sq. yd. to 125 oz. sq./yd. with a variety of polymers including; nitrile, EPDM, hydrin,natural rubber, neoprene and butyl. Nitrile and hydrin compounds are approved to meet some of the exacting standards of; FDA, U.L., British Std. 4161, and EN549 for resistance to applicable gases. Our standard formulations are designed to meet the requirements for gas meters, small engine carburation along with other automotive applications. Our technical department stands ready to help design and develop a product to meet your specific requirements with samples produced in our fully equipped laboratory. Quality systems that conform to Military and Aerospace Stds. MIL-I-45208A and DI-9000are currently in place with continuous improvements and changes toward achieving ISO certification.
